MARCO PEÑA VERA
Chief Executive Officer |
Marco is an entrepreneur of 12 years of experience and CEO of TCDS. He has a special responsability focus in areas like finances and strategic management. Prior to co-founded TCDS in 2001, he was general manager of ETEISA, a consulting company focused on environment problems related with water, transportation, and solid waste.
He has been a business consultant invoved in projects all around the world for 13 years: Mexico, Australia, Singapore, Portugal, Spain, Brazil & Argentina. Prior to cofound TCDS in 2001, Marco works for PEPSICO, and as independent scientist he published an article in the Journal of Food Science.
Marco
earned a bachelor's degree in Foof Technology at Universidad Iberoamericana (IBERO), a Master in Business Administration at Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM), a PMI Project Management Diploma and another one in Innovation & Technology Management at Instituto Panamerica de Alta Dirección de Empresa (IPADE Business School).

ROBERTO SILVA

Roberto is an entrepreneur of 11 years of experience and CDO of TCDS. He leads the global growth strategy of TCDS inside its business ecosystem. In particular, as chief business architect, Roberto is responsable of organizational architecture, business engineering and business process management (BPM). Prior to join TCDS as part of Impulsare acquisition in 2005, he was CEO of this organization focused on BPM since he founded it in 2002. Today, Impulsare is a business unit of TCDS that offers BCM Educational Programs in an open enrollment model.
He is an international mentor, speaker, writer and certified consultant in software process engineering and business process managemen with more than 12 years of experience. Other experiences includes 12 years providing educational services and 8 years as technology researcher and methodologist. He has participated in projects all around America in countries like USA, Mexico, Guatemala, El Salvador, Venezuela y Ecuador. He is an active member of the Workflow Management Coalition (WfMC) as TCDS delegate. He is also member of the Business Process Management Group (BPMG) since three years ago.
Roberto earned a bachelor's degree in applied mathematics at Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM), a Diploma in Innovation & Technology Management at Instituto Panamerica de Alta Dirección de Empresa (IPADE Business School) and a Diploma in Software Engineering.

ALEJANDRO ARRIAGA
Chief Operating Officer for North America |
Alejandro is an entrepreneur of 11 years of experience and COO for North America region. He oversees field teams daily operations and is responsable of the complete region business results. Prior to join TCDS as part of Impulsare acquisition in 2005, he was sales director of this organization.
He has managed IT-related small companies oriented to streamline business processes and has been involved for 15 years in sales, planning and implementation of e-Commerce & ERP projects.
Alejandro earned a bachelor's degree as Electronics & Communications Engineer, a Master in Business Administration at Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM), and a Diploma in Strategic Planning at Universidad Iberoamericana (IBERO).

RICARDO PEÑA VERA
Chief Operating Officer for Latin America & Co-Founder |
Ricardo is an entrepreneur of 6 years of experience and COO for Latin America region. He oversees field teams daily operations and is responsable of the complete region business results. Prior to co-founded TCDS in 2001, he was a Divisional Director of Hildebrando, one of the leading IT consulting firms in Mexico with international presence.
He has 7 years of experience in software development & quality, 5 in project management, and more than 2 as business process management (BPM) consultant.
Ricardo earned a bachelor's degree in Informatics at Universidad del Valle de México (UVM), a Master in Information Technolgies at Universidad Tecnológica de México (UNITEC), a PMI Project Management diploma and another one in Software Quality at Asociación Mexicana para la Calidad de la Ingeniería de Software (AMCIS).
